What is the required deposit amount?
Under California law your deposit is 10% or $1,000, whichever is less.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we partner with several companies. One of our trusted partners is Lyon Financial. The loans are unsecured so no collateral is required. Payments are flexible and approval is quick.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
The timeframe varies widely based on the scope of work. A bathroom remodel can last from 1–4 weeks approx. A kitchen remodel can last from 2–6 weeks or more, depending on the scope of the work.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Los Angeles area and neighboring cities.
Do I need to pull a permit?
Most jobs do need a permit. We can go over the details in our free consultation. We handle all permits, paperwork, and inspections.
Do you offer architectural services?
Yes, we offer architectural and engineering services. We handle the entire process, dealing with the city until permits are RTI (Ready to Issue).
